FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Are meals included?
A: Yes and no.
GAP student meals are provided while on tour during the school months unless there is no seminar scheduled and they return to headquarters during those months. The goal is to have them touring every week though. GAP students will need to provide their own meals during the summer months while they are training at headquarters (June-middle of August).
Conservatory students will receive a food stipend or meals will be provided when they are on a show tour. When students are back at headquarters, they will have to provide their own meals.
Facilities are available for limited food storage and cooking.
Q: Are there laundry facilities available?
A: Since students are traveling the majority of the year, they will be able to utilize their Airbnb or host home’s laundry facilities. When students are at headquarters, they will need to utilize the laundromat right up the road for any laundry needs. There are no laundry facilities on site.
Q: What online platform do you use for classes?
A: We utilize Canvas by Instructure for all of our college courses. Students are able to watch their classes, view and submit assignments, communicate with teachers, and view grades through this platform.
Q: Can I get a tour on performance days?
A: We are not able to give tours on performance days due to the need for the cast to use the space to get ready for each performance and to rest in between performances. We do offer tours other days of the week when the offices are open and that information can be found on our website where you can also schedule a tour!
