Our Town is a 1938 three-act play by American playwright Thornton Wilder. Set in the fictional American small town of Grover’s Corners, it tells the story of an average town’s citizens in the early twentieth century as depicted through their everyday lives. Though not meant to be a “Christian” production, Our Town certainly focuses on the foundational value of the brevity of life. As the stage manager says of the town, “So another day’s begun…”, Our Town reminds us not waste a moment of it!

This production is a long-standing tradition here at the Logos Theatre and thus has been done many times. Our default performance that we will send out unless you specifically select another year from the drop down menu is the performance done by the Logos Theatre staff in September 2018. Featuring Zachary Johnson as the Stage Manager, Noah Stratton as George Gibbs, and Nicole Stratton as Emily Webb.

We do have several other years also available should you like to see other performing cast portraying this classic! June 2020 was performed by our high school summer drama camp and September 2022 was performed by our Christian Conservatory student body.

The default DVD is our 2018 and will be mailed to you unless you wish to have a DVD from any of the other years we have available. In this case, please utilize the dropdown menu and choose the year you would like to purchase!
